Description:

Variation of Condition 3 of Planning Permission LW/799/CM(EIA) to extend the hours of working.

Comments:

This an appalling proposal, we already suffer from Air Pollution which I have complained to my local MP ( James McCleary) now it is intended to increase the noise levels if this is approved denying or causing deprivation of sleep, ESSC has permitted the massive building of Housing, increasing the population of Newhaven significantly, the working hours of Brett’s should have been considered in their original Planning application for siting Brett’s in Newhaven. I strongly object to this planned expansion of an industry that is permitted to pollute the Air in Newhaven when their Sand blows from the top of their Sand stacks, which I’m fighting to have a meeting wit Brett’s with a Councillor present.
